 We are pleased to announce that Allternative Gym is joining forces with Elite Sports Training!

We will continue to offer great quality rehabilitation services and will now also offer sport specific training for those with physical disabilities in a new indoor sports facility. We are expanding our services to include; indoor aquatics, soccer, power soccer, baseball, football and much more!

Allternative Gym is the only center in Georgia with an adult-size Universal Exercise Unit (cage). 

• The cage is an incredible tool for therapists comprised of three walls and a ceiling of wire mesh

• It can be used for monkey to perform isolated muscle strengthening using a system of pulleys and weights

• It can also be used for spider to perform transitions through the developmental sequence while either assisting or resisting the patient with up to 8 bungees
